Can I get a refund for my SAS subscription?
In accordance with SellerAmp’s Terms and Conditions, all charges and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, partial years, or unused active accounts, and you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Refund Policy
To keep our pricing competitive and our tools running optimally for Amazon sellers, SellerAmp maintains a strict no-refund policy:
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits if you cancel your monthly or annual subscription halfway through a billing cycle.
- Unused Accounts: Refunds are not granted for periods where your account remained open but you did not use the SellerAmp software or tools.
- Forgot to Cancel / Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. Failing to cancel before your renewal date does not qualify for a refund.
How to Cancel Your Subscription (To Avoid Future Charges)
You can cancel your subscription at any time to ensure you are not billed again. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
- Log into your SellerAmp SAS account either in your mobile app or sas.selleramp.com
- Navigate to Account
- Go to the Subscriptions section and click Cancel.
If You Are On A 14-Day Free Trial
If you are currently on a 14-day Free Trial, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your trial subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of your 14-day trial period.
