There’s a variety of reasons for the “Your card does not support this type of purchase” or “transaction not allowed” error occurs - examples may be that the card is not authorized for international transactions (we are a UK based company), automatic direct debits or payment setup for future transactions.

We recommend contacting your card company and confirm with them why they may have declined the attempt to set up your account.
