How do I add users to my subscription
Getting Serious customers can gain additional installations of SAS tools by having add-on packs added to their base package; each add-on pack gets them an additional 5 extension and 5 mobile app installations, and they can add as many packs as needed.
We need to charge them a pro-rated amount for the current billing cycle (immediately), so that their invoice date does not change after the addition.
From 26th June 2025 going forwards, all add-ons will be priced at the 2024 price of either $27.95/£19.95 or $279.50/£199.50 irrespective of the customer's subscription, (whether current price or grandfathered).Below are the current details of the add-on packages:
