How to Clear Cookies: A Step-by-Step Guide

Sometimes clearing your Cookies & browsing history can resolve issues with SAS - to do so:
  1. Close SAS
  2. Go to Chrome menu (3 dots in upper right)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Go to Privacy and Security
  5. Clear Browsing Data back to when you last successfully looked up a product in SAS  
  6. Close Chrome and reopen it
