How to Resume Your Cancelled Subscription

If your subscription is set to cancel but you want to keep it, you can easily reverse the cancellation before it expires.

When a subscription is scheduled to end, its status will show as NON-RENEWING. Resuming it ensures your service continues without interruption.

Steps to Reactivate

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab

  2. Find the row showing your Cancelling on date.

  3. Click the Reactivate button on the right.

If You Forget To Reactivate

If your subscription does cancel, not to worry! You can reactivate by logging into sas.selleramp.com and follow the instructions - more details can be found here.
