SellerAmp SAS: Multi-User Analytics

Multi-User Analytics

User Analytics

This feature is available on the Users page for Going Pro customers and allows the account holder to analyse the activity of active team members in regards to lookups and exports.

Configure the dataset and time range

Before diving into analytics, it's worth knowing how to filter relevant team members, and what timeframes and formats you can use. Working your way down the page, first choose when you want to review, and what format you would like your charts to be in.

Who

Once you have selected this information, go to the Users section and filter the team members you would like analyse using the tick box on the left:

Analyzing the data

The User Analytics offers three datasets for you to analyse - the Activity Heatmap, Lookups and Exports.

Activity Heatmap

This is a year-round view of activity to highlight the peaks and lulls in lookup activity, and the colour intensity is relative to the highest daily count for the selected team members. The red arrow indicates that the chronological dates go in a vertical order.

Next up are the datasets where the selected timeframe and format apply.

Lookup and Export Counts

Depending on the type of chart you selected, the charts will look like this - clicking on a team member's name at the bottom will remove/add them from the chart, and show:
  1. The total number of daily lookups
  2. A breakdown of the total daily lookups by tool (web app, extension and mobile app)

Whereas the lookup count table shows the number of lookups along with the device used, the export count table only shows the number of products exported to Google Sheets and does not break down which tool was used to export a listing.

Per-User Analytics Views

If you only want to analyze one team member's peformance, you can click Analyze and this will load the sole team member's analytics, (you can also do this in the Users' tab and click Analytics from the dropdown).
