Multi-User Management

Overview

SAS's User Management allows you to:
  1. Invite and manage current team members
  2. See deactivated and deleted team members who have been removed from the system
  3. View team member analytics

User Management

Invite a User

To invite a team member, the account holder will need to enter:
  1. A username
  2. An email address
  3. The number of allocated devices for the team member
  4. An active Settings profile assigned to the team member
  5. Whether the team member can switch profiles
Once done, their invite will show as pending (the invite can be deleted if an error has been made).

If a team member's username or email address is already in use, an error will show.

Active Users

The account holder can take the following actions on any of their active team members:

Edit box available for each active user

  1. Edit: Change team membername. increase/decrease device limits, select an active profile and enable/disable profile switching
  2. History: View a team member's lookup history
  3. Analytics: View a team member's analytics for lookups and exports
  4. Deactivate: Disable a team member's login - they can be reactivated at any time.
  5. Reset Password: Reset the team member's password
  6. Delete: Remove the team member from your subscription. Found under Previous Users once initiated

Previous Users

Team Member Deactivation

If you deactivate a team member, they will no longer be able to sign in, though their account will remain in the Users section and can be reactivated at any time. Their History and Analytics will still be viewable and the account holder can also reset their password or delete the account.

User Deletion

If a team member is deleted, their account will move to the Previous Users tab, and only the Analytics or their History will be available - further analytics will be removed from the User Analytics tab.

Note: a team member can be re-invited under the same email address again, however, no analytics or history will be show when the new account is activated, (i.e.: the previous history and analytics affiliated with said email address will not reflect).
