Reconnecting SellerAmp to Google and Google to SAS
If you receive an error saying "The caller does not have permission" or "Invalid Token Format" or if the export is not occurring, this could mean Google cannot find the spreadsheet you are trying to export to. Confirm the file is in your Google drive and reconnect your Google Account:
1) Log into the web app (sas.selleramp.com)
2) Go to G sheets
3) Click Setup
4) Under Google Account Connection, click 'Reconnect.
Google Sheets can sometimes 'unsync' itself from SAS. So if the above does not work, go ahead and re-sync Google with SAS. To resolve it delete the connection and re-authorize it within your Google account.
To do so:
1) Go to: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2) Click the SellerAmp SAS entry
3) Click 'Remove Access' and confirm
4) Go back to https://sas.selleramp.com/ga-connections/update?src= and click "Reconnect Google Account" and follow the instructions.
