Troubleshoot & Reconnect Google Account to SellerAmp

Re-syncing Google and SAS when Google account connection not working

Sometimes, Google Sheets may un-sync itself from SAS. If you've already tried re-syncing SAS with Google, (see the article How do I connect my Google account to SAS?'), you can then try to re-sync Google with SAS by deleting the connection and re-authorising it within your Google account.

To do so:
  1. Go to: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Click the SellerAmp SAS entry
Locating SellerAmp SAS in Google's connected apps list for removing access
  3. Click 'See details', 'Remove Access' and confirm
Google account access details for SellerAmp
Google account permissions page for SellerAmp with Remove all access button highlighted
  4. Go back to https://sas.selleramp.com/ga-connections/update?src= and click "Reconnect Google Account" and follow the instructions.
