Text search not working on mobile app
When using the search bar, it is possible to receive zero results. If this happens, try scanning the barcode or typing in the ASIN of the product, which should load the item correctly.
This issue can often be resolved by pressing the Home button and manually typing the search term.
If that doesn’t work, you can try deleting and re-installing the app from the Android or iOS store.
