Fix BQool 403 Error: Troubleshooting Forbidden Panel Access

The BQool panel shows a 403 error – how do I fix this?

There are a few reasons for this error:

  1. The integration button is not turned on in BQool
  2. The BQool subscription has ended or has been put on hold due to an inactive payment.
  3. The email address used for the SAS account is different to the email address used for the BQool account.

To rectify #1 turn on the button, ensure you click Save in the BQool settings after successfully connection on the SellerAmp integration page.  The current flow is that once integration is toggled on, the SellerAmp integration page with the token will pop up. Then once connected, you need to go back into BQool to save the settings.

To rectify #2: To renew BQool subscription, just log in to your account and select option.

To rectify #3: To change email in SellerAmp just visit Settings page.
