The BQool panel shows a 403 error – how do I fix this?
There are a few reasons for this error:
- The integration button is not turned on in BQool

- The BQool subscription has ended or has been put on hold due to an inactive payment.
- The email address used for the SAS account is different to the email address used for the BQool account.
To rectify #1: Turn on the integration, and the SellerAmp integration page will pop up with a pre-generated token. Then, once connected, you need to go back into BQool to save the settings.
To rectify #2: Renew your BQool subscription by log in to your account and selecting a plan.
To rectify #3: Change your email in SellerAmp by visiting the Account page.
