Fix BQool 403 Error: Troubleshooting Forbidden Panel Access

The BQool panel shows a 403 error – how do I fix this?

There are a few reasons for this error:
  1. The integration button is not turned on in BQool

  2. The BQool subscription has ended or has been put on hold due to an inactive payment.
  3. The email address used for the SAS account is different to the email address used for the BQool account. 

To rectify #1: Turn on the integration, and the SellerAmp integration page will pop up with a pre-generated token. Then, once connected, you need to go back into BQool to save the settings.

To rectify #2: Renew your BQool subscription by log in to your account and selecting a plan.

To rectify #3: Change your email in SellerAmp by visiting the Account page.
