What is a Lookup?
A lookup (also referred to as a scan) occurs whenever you view SAS analysis for a specific product. Common examples include:
Mobile App: Scanning a product barcode with your phone.
SAS Search: Manually searching for a product within the SAS interface.
Chrome Extension: Automatic analysis loading when you view an Amazon product page.
24-Hour De-duplication Rule: A product is logged in your history every time you view it, but SAS only counts one lookup per ASIN every 24 hours. Repeatedly checking the same product on the same day won't drain your allowance.
Your monthly lookup allowance depends on your active subscription tier:
Getting Started Packages: Limited to 1,000 lookups per month.
Standard / Tiered Packages: Includes either 1,000 or unlimited lookups, depending on your plan.
When Do Lookups Reset?
If your plan has a 1,000 lookup monthly cap, your reset schedule depends on your billing cycle:
| Billing Plan | Reset Schedule |
| Monthly Subscriptions | Resets on your monthly renewal date (the day your card is charged). |
| Annual Subscriptions | Resets on the 1st day of every calendar month. |
