Mobile App Error " Your account does not exist " .

While making a payment on the mobile app, some users may receive an error stating, "Your account does not exist." This article explains how to resolve it.

The Cause: The user's Zoho portal has not been configured.

The resolution :
  1. Send user invite to configure customer portal  in Zoho

     2. Send template to configure portal in desk
     3. Eunsure user updates payment details and we can make payment successfully
