When will my lookup count reset?

If you are subscribed to our Getting Started packages, your monthly limit is 1,000 lookups.

The time when your 1,000 lookup count resets depends on your subscription type:

  • Monthly Subscription:

    • The lookup count resets upon your monthly renewal date (the day you are charged).

  • Annual Subscription:

    • The lookup count resets on the 1st day of every month.
