When Does My Lookup Count Reset?

When will my lookup count reset?

If you are subscribed to the Getting Started packages which are limited to 1000 lookups per month, the count will reset at different interludes, depending on the package:
  1. The monthly subscription resets the lookup count upon renewal
  2. The annual subscription resets the lookup count on the 1st of the month
Please note that this sequence also applies to trials; so, if a monthly trial expires and the subscription is then charged, the lookup count will reset on the day of the charge.
If an annual trial expires on the last day of a month, the lookup count will reset on the first day of the next month.
