Can I share my SellerAmp account?
If you would like to give your staff or Virtual Assistants access to SAS, at this time, you would just share your credentials.
It's worth noting the following when granting access to your account:
- Only access one Seller Central account: SellerAmp SAS can only show results from one Seller Central account; so although you could certainly use different accounts, you wouldn't be able to access details from multiple Seller Central accounts at one time.
- History is viewable: your History of analysed products will be visible to anyone that uses the account.
- Profiles: Only one Profile can be used at any one time across all three tools
Any administrative tasks can only be accomplished via the email on the account; so there is no risk of password change, or subscription upgrade/downgrade.

How do I access invoices?
You can download your invoices from the Billing tab on your SAS Account page, found here. If you cancelled and reactivated your subscription and you require invoices prior to the cancellation, please contact support@selleramp.com.
How do I change my SAS password?
Visit Account Details in SAS's Account page and next to Password, click Reset; note that only the account owner can change the password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to take a break, cancel, change, or update your subscription, visit SAS's Account page. If you reactivate with the same email, you will retain your History and Settings.
