Seller Central Login Time Out: SellerAmp Mobile Fix

Seller Central Login Time Out on Mobile App

lf Seller Central appears to be timing out when you attempt to login from the mobile app, just take these couple steps:
  1. Make sure you have the Seller Central panel enabled (Settings >SAS panels > toggle SC on)
  2. From a SAS results page tap the Home button in the Seller Central panel. This will load the Seller Central welcome page.
  3. Tap Log in on here. You should now be able to log in without a timeout.
  4. Once logged in you should be able to do SAS lookups as normal. Let us know if this does not solve the issue for you.
